Kaiserswerther Diakonie plans to implement an advance care planning (ACP) concept in Duesseldorf as a projekt in cooperation with the funding trust Wohlfahrtspflege NRW.

It is planned to use the SPICT-DE™ for training coordinators. So they are able to identify the vulnerable group of persons who would benfit from our ACP concept.

We started work on a translation of SPICT into German.

We are continuing to collaborate with colleagues in Austria and the UK to develop it as we are keen to use SPICT in our service.
