Chiang Mai University Medical School
We are a 3000 beds medical school hospital in Thailand.
As a tertiary care hospital, the majority of our patients have cancer and advanced stage disease.
We have palliative care training curriculum for Family Medicine trainees and plan to establish a hospice in June 2018.
Currently, we apply the SPICT tool to help identify palliative patients informally. We are looking for the opportunity to research and support use of this tool internationally.

I will use SPICT to identify patient who need palliative in the hospital and community.
