SPICT Uses
SPICT (Croatian translation) is used as a main tool for identification of patients with needs for palliative care in our 1100-bed hospital.
Other information
There are three registered nurses and one physician are working full-time in palliative care. No beds fixed in a palliative care department - inpatients are dispersed all over the hospital (avgerage 25-30 patients any day); we call it "palliative care in a cloud".
