We are part of a palliative team in academic hospital with about 500 patients. This year we start consultation services for patients with chronic diseases.

Uses of SPICT

We plan to use the SPICT to assess the patients’ unmet supportive and palliative care needs in order to address their needs in order to enhance their quality of life.
