We are conducting a project entitled “Jockey Club End-of-life Community Care Project: Unison” to enhance the quality of end-of-life care for people with disabilities.

SPICT Uses

We translated SPICT-4ALL into Traditional Chinese to help frontline care staff in residential care homes and community services with identifying clients with palliative care needs. SPICT is a useful screening tool to identify these people.
